How To Use:
• For a perfectly set, flawless under eye area, use a powder puff with your chosen shade of Perfect Powder and gently tap it under the eye area.
• More than one shade of powder can be used to set the base routine and another to set the under-eye area. For a brighter under eye, use a lighter shade. 
• Try using shade Choc Chip with a brush to softly contour or bronze the skin.
