Casual Ecommerce & Warehouse Assistant *POSITION CLOSED*
We are looking for a casual, enthusiastic Ecommerce & Warehouse Assistant to focus primarily on order fulfillment. Based in our Brunswick warehouse & HQ, this is a pivotal role ensuring online orders are accurately and efficiently packed. The role also includes customer service, basic admin and general office maintenance.
This position will initially be 15 hours per week with the opportunity to increase hours. Rostered days will be Monday and Friday from 9-5pm. There is a high potential for increasing hours through the remainder of 2024 and high potential for growth within the business. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring all incoming, daily orders are picked, packed and dispatched efficiently and securely
- Assist in preparing and organising incoming stock for warehouse shelves, ensuring smooth operations
- Ensuring warehouse supplies are available and ready to use. That includes the maintenance of box packing supplies such as constructing packing boxes and ensuring materials are readily available to streamline the packing process
- Responding to customer service enquiries via phone and email in a professional, friendly and super helpful manner
- General warehouse duties such as stocktaking and house keeping to keep the warehouse organised and safe
- Office admin duties including answering the phone, data entry and order processing
- Assisting other staff members with any additional tasks as requested

Ideally, the candidate will possess the following skills:
- Experience working in e-commerce (Shopify platform) and/or customer service
- Exceptional attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Be highly organised with time management skills
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives in a fast paced environment while working to tight deadlines
- Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm and a willingness to innovate processes
- Be able to work well in a small team and independently
- Interest in social media & knowledge of beauty product
